Service Description
Our Handmade Volume Sets are created by placing fans (2-8 fibres), handmade using the softest and finest fibres, on each healthy natural lash. Lashes are placed layer by layer to create a stunning dark lash line and a beautifully clean looking top line or a textured yet clean & structured wispy effect. Volume lash extensions can be customized to give you almost any look you desire. Retention (how long they last) is typically the best in a handmade volume lash set as the artist can wrap the fibres around the natural lash, giving the most seamless bond. This cannot be achieved with pre/pro made fans without the excessive use of glue so always check with your artist how their fans are created!
Cancellation Policy
Due to the high number of no shows, we have had to implement deposits for our online booking system. Deposits are non refundable however, are transferable to a new appointment if cancelled and/or rescheduled within the allowable timeframe. Please allow at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee as we are unable to fill your appointment time within that timeframe. No shows will be charged 100% of the missed appointment in order to reschedule. If you no show and are unwilling to pay for your missed appointment, we will no longer be able to offer services to you. No shows are considered extremely disrespectful and are damaging to small businesses so please consider this when you are booking our time. Thank you!
